Fatal Claw Endings: How the Single-Ending System Works

The short answer

One ending. Not two, not three, not a good/bad split.

That is not an inference from playthroughs — it is what NDEV GAMES published in the Ending System teaser on 12 August 2026, two weeks before 1.0:

the ending of Fatal Claw is not a simple multiple-ending system where you are shown one of just two or three possible outcomes

If you finished the game and came away confused about whether you got “the good one”, that confusion is the design working as intended, and you are not alone — two separate Steam threads on 27 August 2026 are exactly that question.

What the ending is actually made of

The teaser describes the ending as an accumulation rather than a branch. Its own list of what feeds into it:

  • who Kisha managed to protect
  • who Kisha could not save in the end
  • what truths were uncovered
  • which paths were chosen

Every story from the journey “becomes a part of the conclusion, coming together to form a single ending”. The consequence the studio spells out: two runs that begin the same way may not end the same shape.

The Stone of Narrative

The framing device has a name. The Elord Kingdom passed down a relic called the Stone of Narrative, which records the footsteps of its kings — and Kisha’s journey is carved into it too. The studio’s wording is that the ending “is not simply a scene to be witnessed once and forgotten. It becomes a piece of history left behind in the world.”

That is worth knowing before you rush the last stretch: the game is treating your run as the thing being recorded, not the final cutscene.

The epilogue: the game keeps running

There is content after the conclusion. From the same teaser: “the world continues to move forward. A world changed by Kisha’s choices. The lives of those who remain. And new stories beginning to unfold.” In the epilogue you can explore that changed world and find the traces Kisha left behind.

The achievement list backs this up mechanically. Two achievements are flagged by Steam itself as Achievable After the Ending:

AchievementWhat it needs
Memory CollectorObtain a total of 20 Memory Fragments
RecalibrationReset the Claw to recover the Kannium you have used

Both are post-credits activities, and the second one means your upgrade path is reversible — but only once you are through.

What we are not going to tell you

There is no list of “all endings” on this page because there is no list to publish. There is also no walkthrough of the final sequence, no ranking of outcomes, and no claim about which choices weigh most — NDEV GAMES has published none of that, and anything filling that gap right now is somebody’s guess dressed up as a guide.

Fifteen of the 51 achievements ship with their descriptions hidden on Steam, and several of them sit around the endgame. You can see which ones on the achievements page, listed by name only, for the same reason.

If you just finished and want somewhere to go

  • The region index shows which areas have “reach” achievements — useful for spotting what you never visited.
  • The boss list marks the fights that have names, including the ones only players have reported.
  • The ability and upgrade tables cover Recalibration and what respeccing actually recovers.
